A 25 year old man is in intensive care following a hit and run in Kingsteignton on Saturday, 8th April.
The male pedestrian, who was in the road (Gestridge Road) was stuck by what witnesses describe as a small black or silver coloured vehicle that was travelling in the direction of Fore Street.
The vehicle failed to stop.
The pedestrian suffered from life threatening and is in the intensive care unit at Derriford Hospital.
At the time of the collision the weather conditions were dry with good visibility.
The road was closed for much of the day whilst police investigated.
Police are urging witnesses or any person who has information about the collision to contact them on 101 quoting Log 53 08/04/17
