Man seriously injured after falling from car in Paignton

Appeal for witness to come forward following serious assault in Plymouth

Police have appealed for witnesses after a man sustained a serious head injury after falling from a vehicle in Paignton on Friday, 14 May.

The incident happened in Broadsands car park at around 10.20am.

Police say they would particularly like to speak to two potential witnesses that were seen walking from the rear of the Broadsands Bistro towards the car park at around the time of the incident.

A 50-year-old man from Paignton was arrested on suspicion of causing injury by dangerous driving and released under investigation pending further enquiries.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 or via email 101@devonandcornwall.pnn.police quoting 249, 14/5/21.
