Police have appealed for information after a man was serious injured in an attack in Exeter.
The 24-year-old man sustained serious, potentially life-changing head injuries and a broken jaw in the assault which happened on South Street outside Z Cars/Taxis and Costcutter at around 2am on Sunday 8th December.
