The eight-course gala dinner, titled ‘Homage to Marco Pierre White’, celebrates the culinary legacy of one of Britain’s most influential chefs. Dishes include Blanquette of Langoustine and Scallops with lemongrass and ginger bisque, Roast Pigeon with mushroom raviolo and black truffle madeira sauce, South Devon Beef with confit shallots, garlic and watercress purée, and a Caramelised Lemon Tart with Lemon confit sorbet. Welcome Champagne apéritifs and canapés will be served on arrival, with an exceptional flight of wines to accompany the menu, finishing with coffee, tea, and petit fours to conclude the experience.

Following the meal, Marco Pierre White will join Michael Caines for an engaging conversation, offering a rare insight into his remarkable journey from humble beginnings to becoming the youngest chef to achieve three Michelin stars.
