Torquay’s ‘sandman’ Geoffrey ward has marked the 3rd anniversary of Izzy Dix’s death with a message in the sand.
Izzy passed away 3 years ago on 17th September 2013. Izzy was found hanged at her home in Brixham.
There is a memorial group on Facebook for Izzy which campaigns against bullying.
