Update: Paul has been found safe by police.
A man missing from London is believed to have been seen in the Plymouth area yesterday, Sunday 14 May.
Paul Riozzi, 40, was last seen wearing a blue hoodie and was carrying a dark rucksack.
He is described as a white male of medium build, with a bald head and stubble. He is 5ft 8in tall.
Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
