A motorcyclist has died following a collison with refuse truck today, Tuesday 7th April.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Teignmouth Road by Labrador Bay car park at around 1.10pm.
The man, in his 30s was sadly confirmed deceased at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
Emergency services remain at the scene and Teignmouth Road is closed in both directions and is expected to remain shut for some time.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact police via 101@dc.police.uk or by phone on 101, quoting log number 325 of 07/04/20.
