A multi-agency rescue was launched in Paignton earlier today, Monday 23 May, following reports of a man falling from a cliff path onto rocks below.
A number of emergency services attended the incident in the Roundham area including: Police, ambulance crews, air ambulance, fire crews, coastguard helicopter, plus coastguard and RNLI crews.
An area on the rocks below was cordoned off by police according to locals at the scene.
A man was taken to hospital by ambulance. The extent of his injuries have not yet been confirmed.
