A new restaurant has opened in Torquay town centre.
Salt & Pepper opened it’s doors on Friday.
The new restaurant specialises in steak and seafood, it can be found at the former ‘Camelot’ restaurant just off Fleet Street.
Owner Anthony Smith, who previously owned restaurants in the South East said “Having lived in the bay for these last couple of years, i was looking for an opportunity to open a relaxed, contemporary venue serving fresh produce which is available on our doorstep here, so when the opportunity arose to take over the old Camelot restaurant we were delighted.
“We have two dedicated menus for lunchtime and evening dining, as well as daily specials menus giving you a choice of seafood freshly sourced from Brixham port
“Our pre-opening event on Thursday went very well and the feedback we received from those who attended was really positive, regarding both the food and our new interior design.”
Salt & Pepper is open from midday 7 days a week and bookings are being taken now on 07803545769.
