A 37 year old man from Torquay has been shot during an attempted robbery in Antigua last night (25th December).

Christopher Tester who works at Birchell Marine in Torquay was shot in the head at his parents restaurant ‘Boxer Shack’.

He currently in an induced coma in Mount St. John Hospital.

Friends of Christopher have launched an appeal to raise £90,000 to fly him back to the UK for urgent treatment.
