Police appeal for information after power tools stolen

Police have appealed for witnesses to a burglary in Newton Abbot.

Power tools were stolen from a house under construction in Exeter Road.

Offenders got inside the property in overnight 11/12 March and stole a number of power tools.

Police are investigating the break-in and appealing for anyone who saw any suspicious activity at the property, which is close to the Eden Vauxhall garage, to contact them.

They are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have been offered the power tools for sale.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 or email:101@devonandcornwall.police.ukquoting crime reference CR/016261/16.
