Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man following a serious collision involving an electric motorbike and a pedestrian in Plymouth. The incident occurred at approximately 3:30 PM on Wednesday, 14 August, on Dundonald Street, close to Blockhouse Park.
It is reported that a woman was struck by the electric motorbike following a verbal exchange. The impact resulted in the woman suffering a fractured and dislocated ankle, which requires ongoing medical treatment.
Investigating officers believe that the man in the images may be able to assist with the investigate.
While they acknowledge that the quality of the images is low, they emphasize that it is all they have available at this time.
