Police have appealed for witnesses after a 13 year old boy was injured in a hit-and-run collision in Plymouth.
The incident happened on Sunday 17 December at around 6pm. The boy was crossing Wilton Street between parked cars.
Police say the driver initially stopped, got out of his car and returned the boys shoe before driving off without saying anything.
The boy, from Plymouth, sustained a fractured arm and a dislocated shoulder as a result of the collision and was taken to Derriford Hospital.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision and seeking the driver of the car which was either a silver or blue VW Golf or a blue Corsa. The windscreen was heavily damaged in the incident.
The man is described as white, aged 30 to 40, with blond/brown wavy hair to the ears and a beard.
