Police have appealed for witnesses following a fatal collsion on the A38 at the weekend.
Emergency services were called to the southbound carriageway of the A38 between Drumbridges and Chudleigh Knighton at 10.40pm on Saturday 25 May.
A local woman in her 20s sadly died. Her next of kin have been informed.
The A38 was closed in both directions while officers from Devon and Cornwall Roads Policing Team attended and carried out a detailed investigation of the scene.
Police say enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances.
