Police have appealed for witnesses following a serious collision involving a motorcycle in Torquay.
Emergency services were called to Tor Church Road to reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and a parked car. The incident happened at around 1.30am this morning, 23 March.
The rider of the motorcycle, a 19-year-old man, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The road was closed whilst the scene was investigated.
Police have asked for anyone with any relevant information or dash-cam footage which may assist the investigation is asked to contact 101 quoting log 76 of 23 March.
