Update: We have just been informed Kenneth has been located.
Devon and Cornwall Police have asked the public to help locate a missing man.
Kenneth Doyle, 33 is missing from the Torbay area.
They have asked for anyone that may have seen him to call them on 101. log 207 23/04 relates.
