Police concerned for welfare of missing 85-year-old man

Have you seen missing 12-year-old from Plymouth?

Update: Norman has been found safe by the police.

Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man missing from the Paignton area.

Norman Janes, 85 who has been reported missing from the Paignton area, was last seen around 10pm on Wednesday 28 September.

He is described as of slim build with grey hair and is 5ft 9in tall.

He may be wearing a dark blue woollen jumper, blue jeans and sandals.

He may appear to be confused.

He is believed to be in the Paignton/Goodrington area and may be trying to make his way to Torquay railway station or could have caught a train or other public transport.

If you have seen Norman, or know of his whereabouts, please call police immediately on 999, quoting log number 0023 of 29/09/22.
