Joel has not been seen since 19th April when he planned to go walking around the Burrator and Sheepstor area of Dartmoor.

Joel is a white male, approximately 5’8 tall, and of medium build. He has short dark hair, and walks with a distinctive limp.

It is not known what he is wearing at this time, but he habitually likes to wear Beanie hats.

If anyone has information of Joel’s whereabouts, please contact Police via 101, quoting log number 613/28/04/2017.
