Police are currently at the scene of an incident by Sainsburys in St Marychurch, Torquay this afternoon, Wednesday, 22nd November.
People at the scene have said there are cordons in place.
It is believed that the incident involved a security van.
There is a large police presence in the St Marychurch area.
