Police are investigating a reported bicycle theft and have released images of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident.
The theft is believed to have occurred between 9 PM on Wednesday, June 26, and 8:30 AM the following morning on Union Street, Plymouth. Reports indicate that the bike was taken from a stairwell in Devonshire House.
Police are appealing to the public for help in identifying the man in the image, as they believe he may have information related to the case. Although police recognise that the quality of the image is not ideal, officers are hopeful that someone may still recognize him.
