Police have had reports of a suspicious male knocking on people’s doors asking for someone called John.
Posting on Facebook Brixham Police said: “We have had a report of a male knocking on peoples doors, acting ‘shifty’, asking for John, last seen in Bakers Hill.
“Description provided is; A White male, Mid/Late 50s, stocky build, 5ft 6, balding grey hair on sides, wearing a bright blue puffa jacket, dark trouser/jeans.
“Please make contact if you see anything suspicious, we are out looking!”
