Fire crews are currently at the scene of a fire in Torquay, today Tuesday 31st May.
Over 10 fire appliances are at the scene on Water Lane in the Shiphay area. Police are also attendance.
Cadewell Lane is completely closed both ways, whilst the incident is dealt with.
Oak Park Avenue is also blocked. With fire crews also working from this road.
Water Lane is currently cornered off.
Smoke can be seen from around the area.
Traffic delayed but managing well.
