Road closed following serious collision in Dartmouth

Man airlifted to Torbay Hospital after cliff path fall

Townstal Road in Dartmouth is currently closed following a serious collision involving a car and 2 school children.

The A3122 is currently closed both ways closed.

Emergency services are at the scene including an air ambulance.

The collision happened between Milton Lane and Yorke Road. Police are directing traffic.

Kingsbridge Police said on Facebook:
“Emergency services are currently on scene at an RTC in Dartmouth on Townstal Road where two schoolgirls have been hit by a car. The air ambulance is en-route so the road has been closed to all traffic. Please seek an alternative route and bear with us during this incident. We will open the road as soon as possible”
