Shiphay Lane and Newton Road in Torquay are both currently closed due to a burst pipe this morning, Saturday 15 April.
Shiphay Lane is closed both ways between Queensway and Newton Road.
Newton Road is closed both ways between Torre Station and Woodland Road.
Police and fire crews are at the scene.
