Update: The roads have now re-opened. The incident have been confirmed as a stabbing. The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Trematon Avenue and Magdalene Road in Torquay are currently closed due to a police incident.
The roads, near Upton Park have been closed overnight.
Delays in and around the area with long traffic queues.
Upton Park has also been cordoned off.
Locals report a large police presence, with armed police attending the scene.
