The Galmpton Festival Association invites you to meander around a dozen fascinating summer gardens which are all special in their own individual way. Their owners have devoted many hours nurturing them to bring you a spectacular show. Listen out for musical entertainers as you wander through the gardens.
The Local History Group is holding an exhibition in the Village Hall and the Primary School is displaying student’s floral art. Refreshments will be available in the Village Hall, from the Manor Inn, and the Grammar School tuck shop.
Entry to the gardens is by Garden Passport costing £5 cash per adult with children under 18 free. They can be purchased on the day from many of the open gardens or at the Village Hall Information Point, Greenway Road, Galmpton TQ5 0LT, and in advance from the Manor Inn, Galleon Stores, or Eric Lloyd & Co.
Free car parking is available at Churston Grammar School, Greenway Road TQ5 0LN which is on the open gardens route and a short walk into the village.
All proceeds go to Rowcroft Hospice, Dart Sailability, local schools, and other good causes. So please give as generously as you can.
