Healthwatch Torbay are working with the Bay’s health trust to find out how their self-help video library benefits residents and whether any improvements can be made.
Health and Care Videos is a partnership with Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. They have worked with Torbay Council, hospitals, GP surgeries, pharmacies and both the paid and unpaid carer sector to produce libraries of educational health and care videos and helpful resources.

It contains over 200 health and care videos, produced with, and written by clinicians, as well as links to national charities, advice networks and local support groups.
All responses to the Healthwatch survey via www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/HCVideos will be anonymous and the information provided will be used to inform the final report at the end of the consultation.
