Scheduled for Sunday 11th May, Britain’s Ocean City Running Festival will take place on the iconic Hoe Promenade. Featuring a Plymouth Half Marathon, Plymouth 10k, and Plymouth 5k distance, the event offers a fantastic opportunity for friends, families, and colleagues to take on their selected challenge together.
The Team Challenge invites participants to form teams, enjoy a fun and competitive experience, and raise funds for important causes. As part of all three distances, there will be a leaderboard of all teams taking part and top prize for the fastest! Teams competing in the Half Marathon and 10k challenges can also win a £250 donation to a charity of their choice. With over 60 teams participating last year, the 2025 Team Challenge promises to be a highlight, thanks to SHC’s support.

Together, we aim to inspire more participants to embrace the challenge as a team.”
Participants in all three distances can compete for the Team Challenge Trophy. Teams must consist of at least four members, and winners will be determined by the fastest combined times of the top four runners. For more details on signing up visit www.runplymouth.co.uk
