The latest hoax follows a string of hoax calls around the country.

The Headteacher posted on the schools website:

Dear Parents/ Carers,

Following our emergency evacuation this morning I would like to thank all parents and carers for your support in the prompt collection of your children.  I appreciate this may have caused some disruption and apologise for this but however the safety of your children is our paramount concern.

The building has now been accessed as safe to re-enter and will be staffed for the remainder of the day.  You are welcome to come and collect your children’s belongings between now and 15.30 as we will be closed for the half term break.

We hope you all have a good holiday and thank you for your continued support.

Kind regards

Mrs J Martyn

Headteacher
