The fantastic THHN Half Marathon Schools Challenge is back for 2016 on Sunday June 26th.In 2015 over 120 school children took part and each ran a mile a week for 12 weeks leading up to event day, then at the Torbay Half Marathon they ran a mile lap of Paignton Green, completing their Half Marathon challenge. They ran on closed roads, in front of the crowds watching the Torbay Half Marathon, each receiving a T Shirt and Medal.
Children aged between 4 and 11 can take part in this great event.

Tell your child’s school about this great event and get them involved, we will be contacting schools this week but it would be great if you could also encourage the schools, teachers, PTA’s and other parents to get involved In this fantastic event.
