Bloor Homes, the developer bringing 149 new sustainable homes including 27 affordable homes to Dawlish, has celebrated the opening of its new showhomes and sales suite at its Dawlish View development (w/e 15th / 16thMarch].
All the new homes include PV solar panels and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging points, while those homes without a garage have a dedicated bike store aimed at encouraging people to use the new cycle ways being built as part of the road improvements linking Dawlish View to the town and wider area.
Visitors who had pre-registered for a first look at the showhomes were also the first to experience Bloor Homes’ new-look sales suite, which combines technology with comfort.
It brings the whole development to life through a digitally interactive site plan and 360 street view so people can really visualise the new community.
