The Purple Angel Day Centre supports Torbay residents with dementia and is based at Rowcroft, Rainbow House, Room 1, Avenue Road, Torquay TQ2 5LS
The fine folk running the Centre say, “We are looking to increase the client numbers to 12 on Fridays 10-2pm. We have the staffing and capacity 12 members only”
“Our vision is to give all our clients quality time to enjoy and embrace the moment, to live the life they fully deserve.”
Adding: “We offer 2 hour free trial session on Friday 10-12.
If you pay and stay for 4 hours lunch is included, but we do need 48 hour notice and dietary information,”
“Our premises our safe and secure. Our members feel relaxed, happy and enjoy their stay, while the caregivers get much deserved rest, giving them a piece of mind,”
Free car park and disable drop off. Disabled friendly. £14.60 per hour.
Activities include Arts and crafts, chair base exercise, walks in the beautiful and tranquil gardens, Music and singalongs, quizzes and games.
