Totnes Road closed due to overturned car

Update: The road is now clear, the car has been removed and the road is open.

All persons were free of the vehicle. Devon and Somerset fire and rescue service said on their website:

“On arrival at the incident crews found all persons free and clear of the vehicle that was on it roof. Crews used small tools to make the vehicle safe and one female was treated by the Ambulance Service,”

Totnes Road is currently closed both ways due to an overturned car near Berry Pomeroy.

Emergency services are at the scene where a car is on its roof.

The road is closed between between Old Widdicome Lane and Farthing Lane.
