There were delays this morning after a train caught fire in Exeter.
All lines have now reopened following the fire at Exeter St Davids at around 5am.
Trains are now able to run as normal between Exeter St Davids and #TivertonParkway following a fire next to the track

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service were called to the area by a member of British rail stating a passenger carriage was on fire.
5 fire engines attended the scene plus other specialist support vehicles.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said on their website:
“Upon arrival this was found to be a fire in the engine compartment of a parked up train. Crews used 2 breathing apparatus, 2 compressed air foam jets and one thermal image camera to extinguish.
“Now scaled down, two crews remain on scene making locomotive and area safe and making up their equipment,”
