Travellers appear to have set up camp at Torbay Velopark in Paignton.
Cars, motorhomes and caravans were seen parked on a grass area at the facility this evening, Wednesday 20th May.
The Velopark at Clennon Valley is temporarily closed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
It is not currently known when the travellers arrived at the site, it is thought they arrived this afternoon.
