Police have appealed to the public for witnesses following a serious collision in Exeter yesterday, Sunday 2 February.
Emergency services were called to reports if a collision involving four vehicles on Bridge Road at around 4.25pm.
Police, ambulance, fire crews and the air ambulance attended the scene.
An 80-year-old local woman suffered life threatening injuries, and another 80-year-old woman, who was in a seperate vehicle, suffered life-changing injuries.
The road was closed whilst examination work took place.
