Police have appealed for witnesses following a collision on the A38 near Chudleigh on Saturday 25 March.
Emergency services were called to reports of a Skoda Fabia leaving the carriageway and crashing into a field at around 10.15pm.
Police, ambulance and fire crews attended the scene. Three people, two men in their 20s and a young boy were injured and taken to Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.
The A38 was closed for several hours while investigations took place.
