Two teenagers have been charged with the murder of a Torquay man following an incident on Sunday, 17 September.
Police named the victim today as Aaron Parrington, 34.
Emergency services were called by members of the public just after 3.30pm, reporting that a man had been assaulted on Ellacombe Church Road.
Police, ambulance crews and an air ambulance attended the scene.
Ben Milton, aged 18, and Jack Milton, aged 19, both of Ellacombe Church Road, Torquay, are due to appear before Plymouth
Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 21 September.
Both men remain in police custody.
Mr Parrington’s family have paid the following tribute to him: “He was a loved father and son, who will be greatly missed. Although we are grateful for the support, we would ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”
