The UK coronavirus related death toll now stands at 26,097 after the Government released figures for fatalities in hospitals, care homes and the community. This has previously been for hospitals only.
There have been 3811 COVID-19 related deaths outside of a hospital setting which were previously not included.
The new total means that the UK has the second highest death toll in Europe, with Italy currently having the highest of 27,682.

Yesterday the UK reported 586 COVID-19 related deaths.
Torbay currently has 200 confirmed (positive test result) cases today, Wednesday 29th April.
