Police have confirmed today that a man died in a crash on the A38 at Dean Prior yesterday.
The single vehicle collision happened between the Dartbridge Junction and the Lower Dean Junction (South bound)
Fire crews released the man from his vehicle but unfortunately the man had been fatally injured.
A spokesperson for Kingsbridge Police said:
“It is with deep regret to confirm that a male in his 20’s from Cornwall was fatally injured in the incident. Our sincere thoughts and condolences go out to his family and friends,”
There had been warnings that day about driving conditions due to the weather following earlier accidents on the A38.
