These latest additions bolster an already stacked weekend lineup, which includes James, The Corrs, Snow Patrol, and more. Get ready for a powerhouse day of rock at TK Maxx Presents Plymouth Summer Sessions, kicking off with one of the most talked-about bands on the alternative scene, Wargasm. Bringing their high-voltage mix of punk, metal, and electronic energy, the duo, Sam Matlock and Milkie Way, have built a fierce reputation with anthems like Spit and D.R.I.L.D.O., touring with Limp Bizkit and Enter Shikari and delivering explosive sets at Download and Reading & Leeds. Their unrelenting energy and genre-blurring sound will fire up the crowd ahead of Pendulum’s Friday night finale.
Manchester’s Hot Milk will bring their emo power-pop tracks to Plymouth. Fronted by Jim Shaw and Han Mee, the duo formed in 2016 over a bottle of wine and an acoustic guitar in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Since then, they’ve stormed festival main stages and stadium tours alongside Foo Fighters, delivering a fusion of soaring melodies and blistering riffs. With three EPs and their debut album ‘A Call to the Void’, Hot Milk has excited crowds at Reading & Leeds, Download Festival, and Lollapalooza. Their high-energy, emotionally charged set at Plymouth Hoe will be a powerful moment for fans by the sea.
Kicking off the day’s rock journey will be Swedish melodic rockers Normandie, known for post-hardcore mixes of modern guitar hooks and romantically emotive sound. Having had four albums under their belt, including 2024’s ‘Dopamine’, Normandie have shared stages with Yellowcard and Our Last Night across Europe and North America, making them no strangers when it comes to commanding a crowd. Their set at Plymouth Hoe will set the tone for the day, leading up to Pendulum’s Friday night finale.
With each act bringing its own unique style, TK Maxx Presents Plymouth Summer Sessions is set to be an electrifying celebration of rock. From Hot Milk’s emotive power to Wargasm’s high-octane chaos and Normandie’s soaring melodies, the stage will be primed for an unmissable night. As the sun sets over Plymouth Hoe, Pendulum will take the energy to the next level, closing the night with their signature fusion of drum & bass and electronic rock.
