Woman cut free from car following collision in Torquay

A woman was taken to hospital after a three car collision in Torquay this morning, 27th October.

Emergency services were called to the accident on Marldon Road at around 10:45am. 
​Two fire engines, police and ambulance crews attended.

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said on their website:

“On arrival, crews confirmed road traffic collision involving three cars with one female trapped inside one of the vehicles. Crews used hydraulic cutting equipment to extricate the casualty, who was conveyed to hospital via land Ambulance,”
