The vibrant creative community at Cockington Court boasts over 20 skilled craft makers, who create stunning unique works of art from their studios. The two leading galleries are also filled with inspiring and innovative local art and crafts for sale.

The Makers and the Cockington Court team have come together to create an evening of celebration and there are lots of exciting activities planned. Come along and meet all of the talented craft makers, see them in action and learn more about the crafts they create!

The Kitchen Gallery is currently exhibiting ‘Unfurl’ – so there will be chance to see the start of the seasonal art exhibition programme that will change with the emerging seasons. There is an amazing selection of unique art and crafts on display, including sculptures, paintings, ceramics, photographs and lampshades, all inspired by everything that encompasses a new beginning in nature and for us all this year.

To add to the atmosphere, there will be music from local musicians and a BBQ offering delicious snacks served by the team at The Seven Dials Café. Some incredible raffle prizes will be up for grabs too. Raffle tickets will be available to buy during the evening, supporting the local mental health charity Devon Mind.

Cockington Court Director, Marissa Wakefield said: “We are inviting everyone to come along from 5-8pm . We are really looking forward to actually seeing many of our supporters in person to join in with the fun activities. It is our chance to say thank you to everyone who helped the site through lockdown, many of whom purchased online gifts to support the site or promoted us on social media. So now people can actually see us in person and enjoy an evening, meeting our talented craft makers and finding out more about what goes on here Manor House and Craft Studios, all set in over 240 acres of stunning parkland.”

To find out more about the evening’s activities, the special offers available and the amazing raffle prizes up for grabs from all makers and the galleries, visit the what’s on page on our website: www.cockingtoncourt.org/whats-on
