Emergency services are at the scene.

Ivybridge and rural police posted on Facebook: “Morning. A38 Exeter bound is blocked by an overturned vehicle at South Brent, traffic is already stacked back towards Wrangaton. Lengthy delays are inevitable. Police units are on scene and Highways are on their way. Please avoid trying to find a way around it as this creates congestion and blockages in little lanes that put an increased strain on Police resources. PS Rob Wilson”

INRIX traffic states a car towing trailer has overturned.

Updates as information becomes available.
