Update: One lane open Exeter bound.
The A380 is currently closed both ways from B3192 (Teignmouth/Ashcombe) to B3195 (Ideford) due to a serious accident.
The accident involves an overturned car and caravan, which has crossed the central reservation.
Emergency services remain at the scene.
