The Tesco Newton Abbot staff gave out fruit and veg to many of the fairgoers and donated a £100 gift card for the fundraising raffle, having supported the annual event for many years.
The lucky winner was Matthew Wilkes, who was presented with the gift card by store manager James Sanders.
Janette Parker, the Newton Road store’s Community Champion, said: “Congratulations to Matthew for winning the gift card. He was delighted with his win.
“Being part of the community is important to our store, so we always look forward to supporting the Ram Fair, which is one of the biggest events of the community’s calendar year.
“It’s organised by selfless volunteers who work tirelessly to ensure everything goes brilliantly. Lots of local organisations support the fair, helping to raise funds for good causes that are central to the community.”
