Police are investigating following a burglary at a residential caravan in Kentford.

Thousands of pounds worth of items and cash were taken from the caravan, at Kennford Caravan Park.

The break in occurred around 9.50pm on Sunday 14 February when the offenders smashed a window to gain entry.

Items taken included a silver flat curb chain-linked necklace and bracelet valued at £8,500; an Oyster Perpetual Rolex watch worth £5,000; an Armani watch; a brown leather strap watch (with gold mechanisms visible through the watch face); and a yellow gold diamond solitaire ring.

A Dell Latitude 3440 laptop and a large quantity of cash were also taken during the burglary.

Detective Constable Jessica Fewings, Newton Abbot CID, said: “We would like to hear from anyone who knows where any of the stolen property is, or has been offered any of the items for sale.

“We would also like to speak to anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the Kennford area at the time of the incident.”
