Appeal for witnesses after pedestrian hit by car

Police have appealed for witnesses following a collision between a car and pedestrian yesterday, Saturday 15 August.

Emergency services were called to Station Road in Bovey Tracey at around 2pm to a collision involving a bronze coloured Jaguar XE and a female pedestrian.

The pedestrian was taken to Derriford Hospital with serious leg injuries.

The road was closed whilst officers investigated the scene.

Police have appealed for any witnesses to the collision and, in particular, those who may have dash cam footage, to telephone 101, quoting Log 598 15/08/2020.
