Appeal for witnesses following A38 collision

Police have appealed for witnesses following a collision on the A38 at the weekend.

The two vehicle collision happened on Sunday 15th December at around 10.45pm on the A38 westbound carriageway at the Manadon off-slip, Plymouth.

A white Renault Traffic van was in collision with a blue Peugeot 109.
One of the male occupants of the Peugeot was conveyed to Derriford Hospital with serious head injuries.

The passenger of the Peugeot and the driver of the van were also taken to hospital as a result of their injuries.

Any witnesses of the collision, or who had seen the vehicles on the off-slip prior to the incident, are asked to contact police by calling 101, or emailing 101@dc.police.uk, quoting log number 922 of 15th December, 2019.
