Police have appealed for witnesses following a serious assault in Exeter in which a 21-year-old sustained serious head injuries.
The man sustained head injuries which required surgery, and is now recovering.
The incident happened near a taxi rank on Sidwell Street at around 4am on Sunday 26 September.
